Privacy policy

This policy explains what information ERIK USA GROUP LLC d/b/a TVRight (“we”, “us”) collects through this website and while providing our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect only what we need to quote and complete your job.

What we collect

When you request a quote

• Your name, phone number, email address (optional unless you prefer email) and preferred contact method.
• Your project ZIP code, and your street address only once a job is scheduled.
• Project details: TV sizes, wall types, mounts, add-ons, timing preferences and any notes you write.
• Photos you upload of your wall, TV label, mount or project area.
• How you found us, if you choose to tell us.

Automatically

• Campaign and referral information (for example, which website or ad sent you here, and the first page you visited). This is stored in your browser and sent with your quote request so we know which marketing works.
• If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, using cookies. See “Your choices” below.
• Security logs. To prevent spam and abuse we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for a short time; we do not store your raw IP address with your request.

When we do the job

Job records such as the scheduled time, the work performed, before-and-after photos, invoices and payment status. Payments made by card are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

• To review your request, prepare a quote, schedule and complete the work, and invoice you.
• To contact you about your request by call, text or email, as you agreed when submitting it.
• To follow up after a job, including a request for a review. You can ignore it or ask us not to.
• To understand which marketing brings customers to us, in aggregate.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam.

Contacting you about your request is not marketing. We don’t add you to marketing messages. If we ever offer them, they will be a separate, unchecked opt-in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.

Your photos

Photos you upload with a quote request are stored privately and are visible only to our team. They are never published. We only show photos of completed work in our gallery or marketing if you give us permission, and we avoid showing anything that identifies you or your home.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as:

• Website hosting and our database and file storage provider.
• Email and text-message delivery services used to send your confirmation and our replies.
• Analytics (if enabled) and payment processing.
• Anyone we’re legally required to share it with.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. Quote requests that don’t turn into jobs, and their photos, are deleted after unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Opt out of texts by replying STOP, or ask us to contact you only one way.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Security

Information is transmitted over HTTPS, stored with access controls, and customer photos are kept in private storage that requires a login to view. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can access your information to people who need it to do the job.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
