Terms of service

These terms apply to this website and to quote requests made through it. The website is operated by ERIK USA GROUP LLC d/b/a TVRight. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Quotes

• Submitting a quote request doesn’t commit you to anything, and it doesn’t commit us to a price or an appointment until we confirm them with you.
• Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide. If conditions on site are different (for example, a different wall material, no stud where expected, or extra work requested), we’ll explain the change and confirm a revised price with you before doing the extra work.
• Any price estimate shown on the website is an estimate only, not a final quote.

Scheduling

Preferred dates and times you give us are requests. An appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it with you directly.

Your equipment and home

• You confirm you own the TV, mount and equipment, or have permission to have them installed, and that you have permission to modify the walls (for example, from a landlord or HOA).
• We install mounts that you supply as long as they are rated for your TV. If a supplied mount isn’t suitable, we’ll tell you before installing it.
• Please point out anything hidden in the wall we should know about, such as pipes, wiring or radiant heat.

Work we don’t perform

We do not perform licensed electrical, plumbing or HVAC work, or structural work. If your project requires it, we'll tell you so you can hire an appropriately licensed professional.

Workmanship

Our workmanship terms will be provided with your quote.

Offers and referrals

A “new customer” is someone whose household has never booked a job with us before, including through Thumbtack or another platform. A “job total” is the confirmed price of the work before any discount and tax.

New customer offer

• $20 off your first job when the job total is $100 or more.
• New customers only, one per household and address.
• The job must be booked directly with us, through this website, by phone or by text. Jobs booked through Thumbtack or other platforms don’t qualify.
• Mention the offer before we confirm your quote. It can’t be added after the work is done or applied to past jobs.

Referral reward

• Any customer who has completed a job with us can refer a friend. Your friend must be a new customer and give us your name when they ask for a quote. Referrals can’t be added afterwards.
• Your friend’s job must be booked directly with us, through this website, by phone or by text.
• You earn the reward once your friend’s job of $100 or more is completed and paid in full.
• The reward is 20% off the job total of your next job, up to $50. Use it within 12 months of earning it.
• One reward per new customer referred, and one reward per job: rewards don’t stack. You can’t refer yourself or someone in your household.

For all offers

• Discounts can’t be combined with each other or with any other promotion on the same job, have no cash value, and can’t be exchanged for cash or transferred.
• If a job is cancelled or refunded, any discount or reward tied to it is void.
• We may refuse or cancel a discount or reward obtained by fraud, false information or abuse.
• We may change or end these offers at any time. Changes don’t affect a quote we’ve already confirmed or a reward you’ve already earned.

Photos

Photos you upload are used only for your request (see our privacy policy). We only use photos of completed work for marketing with your permission.

Website content

Information on this site, including guidance about TV heights, mounts and wiring, is general information. It isn’t a substitute for an on-site assessment. The content, logo and photos on this site belong to ERIK USA GROUP LLC d/b/a TVRight and may not be reused without permission.

Reviews and third-party sites

Links to review platforms and other sites are provided for convenience. We don’t control those sites, and their ratings are shown as each platform reports them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Texas law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
